The Velocity Double Layer Shorts are a 2 in 1 short, with water-repellant fabric on the outer layer, and jersey fabric on the inner for comfort and warmth. The inner layer features a mesh phone pocket and a secure zip pocket to the back for smaller items. The shorts feature an adjustable drawstring waistband and a reflective all-over print at the side seams.
