HIIT (high-intensity interval training) is a form of exercise that has packs in the same benefits of lower and moderate-intensity aerobic workouts in a shorter amount of time, whilst also boosting the body’s metabolism and building strength. 

Speaking to MP previously the face of our Power Ultra collection, Elle Edwards said that HIIT workouts were her favourite type of sessions when she was first getting back into fitness. “I really enjoyed doing HIIT workouts. I thought it was so satisfying to get super sweaty in such a short period of time, and the sessions were super effective.”

Elle has since put together a quick HIIT workout that you can do at home. Follow these exercises when you’re in need of an efficient sweat session.
