TJ’s Ab Workout

Need a quick ab workout you can do at home? Look no further!

Leg Raises 10-15 reps

Leg raises are great as it help to strengthen your core. A good tip for this exercise is to try and avoid swinging back and forth, do the reps slowly and controlled to keep your muscles active.

Crunches 10-15 reps

Keep your abs tensed and tight whilst performing your reps and keep the reps controlled allowing your muscles to stay active.

Plank (1 min)

Planking has a lot of great benefit especially towards your core, and the longer you can hold it for the better.

Mountain Climbers (1 min)

It is important to perform this exercise at a high intensity to achieve the most benefits (don’t have an exact amount or time for these)

Scissor Kicks (1 min)

Try to keep your legs elevated at a 90 degree angle to your torso and keep a continuous pace.


Repeat 3-4 times with 1 min rest in between each set!
