High protein cake ready in less than 30 mins? Yes please!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Egg
  • 30g Biscoff Spread
  • 30g Instant Oats
  • 1 Crushed Lotus Biscuit
  • 100g Fat Free Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients together
  2. Cook at 220 degrees for 20 mins
  3. Drizzle on melted biscoff spread (optional)
  4. Enjoy!

It's as simple as that... literally!
